Nollywood film maker Charles Novia presents its list of Best 5 Nollywood Actresses in 2013.The renowned filmmaker drew up his conclusions about the names on this list afterwatching them in stand-out roles in some movies released in late 2012 to the last quarter of 2013.Charles Novia also consulted a few of his colleagues about this rating; tested film directors and there was an unanimity on 70% of the criteria he used in getting his conclusion.
