Wizkid War Of Words With J Martins

I have to admit it’s never boring with these Naija celebs. Last night twitter went loco after Wizkid took shots at his senior in the music game – J Martins in a series of tweets.It all started cos of Wizkid’s diss to a fan last week, after the fan stated on Wizzy’s Instagram page that Wizkid needed to go back to school for his poor use of the English language. Wizkid angrily replied the fan stating “Broke people will always have an opinion” On Monday sources revealed that J Martins had an interview with an Abuja radio station addressed Wizkid’s fan outburst by saying Wizkid had a badattitude. ‘I’m not taking any side, don’t mean no beef, no disrespect, and no hate but let the truth be told. I don’t believe because you feel you have a few change you didn’t have a few years ago and which you cannot guarantee having in a few years to come then you wake up and look atthose people who have cheered you up, loved you, supported your music, bought your CD’s, prayed for you, just because you can lay your hands on some phone and youcall them ‘poor’. Am not in and will never be in support of anyone who has such bad attitude.“It needs to be corrected, we owe our fans the duty of being good examples that’s why they hold us in high esteem, that’s why you are a role model and if you know you cannot be a good role model you have no business in Music. You don’t know if it’s that person that might help you tomorrow, whoever does that should be checked. You have to decide why you are in the music industry. If you know you cannot be a role model then you have no business being there”Wizkid is not a man that takes negative comments about himself lightly so last night he addressed J-Martins directly. A few hours after Wizzy’s tweets stating his disappointment at J Martins, Mr Martins himself took to twitter to backtrack on his initial statement by saying he did NOT blast WizkidLet it be known.that I never blasted@wizkidayoas falsely reported. There is no point trying to create a controversy that doesn’t exist.
