Jay Z’s Rocawear faces lawsuit over trademark phrase

We’re losing count of the number of lawsuits Jay Z faces every year; the rap-entrepreneur’sRocawearcompany has been sued for allegedly infringing on a trademark phraseHoodLove, LLCsays Jigga’s clothing line jacked their phrase ‘Hood Love’ and filedthe lawsuit againstROC Apparel Groupearlier this month.Apparently, HoodLove says it’s owned the trademark since 2006. It is still unclear how much they are demanding for but for now, they want the Rocawear apparel yanked off the shelves in stores.
