Landlord Demolishes OJB Jezreel’s Surulere Home Cum Studio

Ailing music producer,Babatunde Okunbowa a.k.a OJB Jezreel’sLandlord commenced the demolitionof the rented apartment he was living at Gbaja Street, Surulere Lagosjust a few days after his departure to India.Though, we gather that OJB was aware of the development before his departure and has already commenced the relocation process. Our source revealed that OJB has secured another apartment within Surulere and his properties have been moved just before the demolition commenced.The only building in the premises that housed OJB’s home and studio was demolished by the original owners of the property in order to accommodate additional block of flats.
